Bear Surveying Services, Inc. has extensive experience in providing our clients boundary surveys of larger parcels (thousands of acres of sectionalized lands), Patented Mining Claims both in urban (City of Leadville) and in rugged mountain terrain. Retracement survey on subdivision lots in subdivisions and/or metes and bounds descriptions.
Bear Surveying Services, Inc. has surveyed and designed large parcel (35 acre plus) subdivisions on 3,000 to 4,000 acre mountain ranches in varies terrain. Great success has been achieved by working closely with client to maximize views, building sites, utilizing natural features for boundary lines and minimizing access roads.
Bear surveying Services, Inc. also has small parcel subdivisions ranging from 5 acre sites to 0.5 acres sites, both within incorporated cities of outside city limits, working with the client and appropriate government entity to bring a successful product to the market in a timely manor.
Bear Surveying provides topographic surveys for engineering design projects, providing accurate landscape topography to ensure accurate design qualities and minimize impact on the landscape

Bear Surveying Provides A.L.T.A. (American Land Title Association) Surveys for commercial and private properties.
Bear Surveying Services provides Improvement Location Surveys for our clients with a Map/Plat which will show the clients property boundary and all improvements including utilities, structures, fences, ditches and man made features. These surveys may be useful for planning additions to buildings, identifying encroachments or loan submittals.
Bear surveying Services provides lending institutions and private individuals I.L.C.'s for identifying encroachments for purchase or refinancing homes or commercial properties. An I.L.C. is not to be used as a boundary survey.
Bear Surveying Services field crews utilize Trimble 4700 (Global Positioning System), Topcon 8203A Robotics System and Topcon Conventional Survey Equipment with TDS 48 Data Collection. The combination of theses technologies provides our clients with an efficient and accurate survey in various terrains. Our drafting team is extremely proficient in AutoCAD Civil Series (Land Development Desktop) Release 2000, which will interface with most architectural AutoCAD software.
